Child Safety Standards

Circl1 (operated by Beacon Frontier, Gurugram, Haryana, India) has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page sets out our standards, how we prevent abuse, and how anyone can report a concern.

1. Zero tolerance

We strictly prohibit, and do not tolerate on Circl1, any of the following:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any content that sexualises, exploits, or endangers a minor.
• Grooming, solicitation, sextortion, or any attempt to sexually exploit a minor.
• Trafficking, endangerment, or any other sexual exploitation or abuse of a child.

Violations result in immediate removal of the content, termination of the account, preservation of relevant evidence, and reporting to the appropriate authorities.

2. Circl1 is for adults

Circl1 is intended for people aged 18 and over. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to use the service. Circl1 is invite-based and private: there is no public discovery, no stranger matching, and you only ever see content from connections you have approved.

3. How to report a concern

Anyone can report child safety concerns, and we act on every report:

• In the app: use the Report and Block controls available on user content and profiles to flag concerns and stop unwanted contact.
• By email: contact our child-safety point of contact at support@circl1.com. We monitor this address and prioritise child-safety reports.

4. How we respond

• We review child-safety reports promptly and remove violating content.
• We terminate the accounts of users who violate these standards.
• We preserve relevant information to support investigations.
• We report CSAM and child sexual exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant national and regional authorities, as required by law.

5. Compliance

We comply with all applicable child safety laws in the jurisdictions where Circl1 operates, including mandatory reporting obligations. We keep these standards under review and update them as needed.
